EXPO PACK Guadalajara offers an option for an unfinished space, which gives exhibitors the freedom to create their own booth design within the rules and regulations, or the premium package option, which allows exhibitors to arrive with a fully equipped booth featuring fixed walls. Both package options are detailed below.

SPACE FEE INCLUDES: Material handling and local transportation are included in the rental fee, provided that the truck delivering the materials checks in at the sorting area on the assigned date and time for check-in and check-out. See the Regulations for more information.

  • Area marked on the ground.
  • 24-hour perimeter security service.
  • Cleaning service for hallways and common areas.
  • Inclusion in the printed Exhibitor Directory.
  • Exhibitor badges (1 per 3 m²).
  • General advertising and promotional campaign.
  • Electrical outlet not included.

Note: This includes only the space; carpeting, walls, panels, furniture, and electrical outlets are not included; you must contract these services separately. The space fee covers only the transportation and handling of the main exhibitor’s materials and equipment. Any additional products or equipment will be subject to additional charges. Inbound transportation is not included for contractors or setup companies designated by the exhibitor.

Premium Package

Premium Package

  • White rear and side walls, 1 meter wide by 2.44 meters high and 12 mm thick, made of aluminum.
  • Front panel sign (30 cm x 3 meters); includes the company name and booth number.
  • One dual-outlet power outlet rated at 1,000 W per square meter (1,000 W, 120 V, 60 Hz).
  • One LED light fixture for the first 9 m², plus one for every additional 18 m².
  • Cleaning service for hallways and common areas.
  • Exhibitor badges (one per 3 m²).
  • General advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • A desk with a skirt.
  • A trash can.
  • 24-hour perimeter security service.
  • Two pop-style chairs.
  • Gray rug.
  • Inclusion in the printed Exhibitor Directory.

Note: All booths are sold by square meter. The smallest booth size is 9 square meters. The booth fee covers only the hauling and handling of the main exhibitor’s materials and equipment. Any additional products or equipment will be subject to additional charges. Transportation for contractors or setup companies designated by the exhibitor is not included.
