Information on Assembly and Disassembly

Each exhibitor has been assigned scheduled dates and time slots for setting up (check-in) and taking down (check-out) exhibition materials, equipment, and machinery at EXPO PACK Mexico. Please review the information regarding your scheduled dates. To determine your assigned date and time, locate your booth and match the color to the legend.

Requests to Change Deadlines: If your company is unable to meet the scheduled receipt and/or shipment dates that have been assigned to you, please contact operaciones@expopack.com.mx to request a change to the scheduled date. All requests for changes must be received by April 27, 2027.

Note: Requests to change scheduled dates and times do not guarantee that the requested change will be approved.
