Information on Move- in and Move-out

Each exhibitor has been assigned scheduled dates and times for setting up and taking down exhibition materials, equipment, and machinery at EXPO PACK Mexico. Please review the information regarding your scheduled dates. To determine the date and time assigned to you, locate your booth and match the color to the legend.

Requests to Change Deadlines: If your company is unable to meet the scheduled receipt and/or shipping dates assigned to you, please contact operaciones@expopack.com.mx to request a change to the scheduled date. All requests for changes must be received by April 27, 2027.

Note: Requests to change scheduled dates and times do not guarantee that the requested change will be approved.
